This is one of my favorites! I make this recipe and only make half that night. I freeze the other half for a quick supper for another night. And I forgot to take a pic last night so stay tuned for a pic the next time I make it!
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup of sour cream
- 2 tsp of chili powder
- 2 chicken breasts boiled and shredded
- 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- roasted green chilies(add as many as you want till it’s as spicy as you want it)
Mix all ingredients together and spread in between 2 tortillas. Cook like you would any other quesadilla. ENJOY!
