We recently purchased  a new cookbook called So Easy by Ellie Krieger. It has TONS of healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, supper and dessert. Here is one we tried today.

Prosciutto Wrapped Cod with Pesto Green Beans and Potatoes

It was amazing and only had 410 calories for this whole plate full of food! This recipe is definitely a keeper and will appear on the Pulley table again very soon!
