This past weekend was delightfully peaceful! I ran 2 miles on Saturday. On Sunday, we went to church, I braved the cold and ran 2.5 miles around the flightline, and then we ate supper with Becca and shopped at Target. Just the kind of weekend I like.
Having run 3 days in a row, I woke up this morning feeling like I had been run over by a bus! I’m so so sore! So, I think I’m going to take a run break, but I’m going to do a Biggest Loser DVD…just haven’t figured out which one. Kaylynn decided to lock herself in the bathroom this morning. That was a sight to behold. She was crying and Kevin and I were on the other side laughing our butts off…I know, we are bad parents! We finally got her out, but I won’t go through the whole process of getting the door open because if I did, everyone would know that Kevin was right! 😉
So, going back to my running…this is a new week. This week I’m starting an accountability group on a board I’m on. My goals are to mainly tone up the “baby belly” and in the process, I think the few pounds that I want to lose will come off too. So counting calories and running, running, running is what I’ll be doing this week! We’ll see how far I get!
